We had organized a Yoga workshop on Yoga Day in Father Agnel College in Bandra. The workshop covered basics of Yoga and Meditation. This workshop was conducted under the supervision of Miss Mamta Agrawal. Yogic Kriyas like Pranayam, Bhastrika, etc were taught so that the students can benefit from them in their daily lives. The primary aim was to spread awareness of Yoga and its benefits. Today's world is like a rat race where many of us ignore to take care of ourselves and end up suffering in our older lives and paying huge medical bills.
